I’m not sure I could survive without my bike. From short rides along the shore of West Seattle, to epic month-long bike tours in Chile, I love to ride. Here are some photos I took along the way.

There’s nothing like leaving the cold and snowy climate of Montana behind for a bit of sunshine. It’s even better when the back of the car holds a couple mountain bikes and the destination is Moab, Utah. I couldn’t resist a friends request to take advantage of a short trip (something like 14 hours from Whitefish…short enough) to the desert and a chance to ride my new Giant Anthem mountain bike (review coming soon).

With a little time to spare in the evenings I’m doing my best to get some mountain bike pictures uploaded. In the not to distant future I should have some photographs up in my BIKE TOURING photo gallery. In the meantime here is a shot from the Porcupine Rim Trail (with the La Sal mountains in the background) yesterday and the ride back to Moab on the Sovereign Trail today (The La Sal’s are pretty much a permanent background in Moab.)
