Recycled Photo Paper test

Now that I’ve had a chance to set up my new Epson R2400 printer, I’ve begun experimenting with Red River’s recycled photo paper. I’ve only printed out a handful of pictures but so far the results seem to be ok to good. I’ve tried two black and white photographs and two colored images. The black and whites look good, with nice neutral tones, and one of the color images came out looking almost identical compared to Epson’s heavy weight matte paper. There was one ski image where the dark blue sky appeared almost black using the recycled photo paper. Not sure if this was because it was the first image I printed (with the EPSON) but the more recent prints seem to be ok. More testing coming soon…
